2. Withdrawals

• Withdrawal Method: Where possible, withdrawals must be refunded to the same payment method used for the initial deposit (Closed Loop Policy).
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is €20 for most methods. For traditional bank transfers, this amount may be higher.
• Processing Time: We aim to review and approve all withdrawal requests within 24 to 48 hours. Once a withdrawal is approved, the arrival time depends on your chosen payment provider (crypto/e-wallets are usually instant, bank transfers 1-3 business days).
• Withdrawal Limits: The standard withdrawal limits are €5,000 per week and €20,000 per month. VIP players may be eligible for increased limits.

• All deposited amounts must be fully wagered at least once (1x) in the casino before a withdrawal can be requested.
• If you request a withdrawal without having wagered your deposit(s), we reserve the right to cancel the withdrawal or charge an administration fee (up to 10%).

5. Fees and Taxes
